3 Unique Ways to Use a Trailer
The versatility of trailers can be put to use in many different ways. Check out these less common, but still helpful, uses below.
1. Transporting Vehicles
It's not always possible to drive a given vehicle to its destination. For example, a golf cart can't travel down the highway to the golf course and an ATV can't cruise over paved streets on its way to the dirt trail. With a trailer, you can get the vehicle to its destination using a route it won't otherwise be able to take.
It can also be possible, but not ideal, to drive the vehicle somewhere. For example, you may want to take a vintage car to a show with minimal wear on the various parts. Load the car onto a trailer for the ideal transportation to the site.
2. A Tool Shed
A trailer offers storage space even when it's not being hauled somewhere. Take advantage! Install shelves, tool benches, and other storage setups inside the trailer. It will help you stay organized when the trailer is stationary and when the trailer is being used at a different location.
3. Landscaping Assistance
Whether you are working on your own projects or a client's projects, a trailer can be a helpful resource. Load up tools, materials, and even machines into the trailer, then haul it to the project area. It's a great way to replace or supplement your truck bed's storage option.
